Considering that component distribution is influenced by geography, it is inevitable to encounter price and availability fluctuations for the same component. Bluewave has established direct relationships with numerous component manufacturers and authorized distributors globally. Our dedicated efforts in building these relationships allow us to better serve our clients.
If you have obtained a component from a local distributor and are dissatisfied with their services, Bluewave can provide alternative manufacturers or explore the possibility of sourcing from a different distributor in another market.
It is important to note that exceptions may apply in cases where a component is registered, designated as a sole source, or subject to set resell agreements.
QUALITY TESTING AND ASSURANCE
At Bluewave, we understand the risks to source components from suppliers worldwide, and strive to mitigate them through our stringent quality assurance and vendor management procedures. We employ digital electronic microscopes to inspect goods, and clients have the option to view digital enlargements before accepting the products. If a component is not available in new and unused condition, we offer the option to re-certify it in accordance with the manufacturer’s electrical characteristics stated in its datasheet. These examinations result in a comprehensive report that outlines the conducted tests and their results.
The cost of these tests varies depending on the complexity of the component and the quantity tested. We provide individual quotes for each required test. Our aim is to lower the associated risks and provide our clients with reliable components that meet their specifications and quality requirements.
